The Restormel Advisor Project assisted clients to write a business plan and financial projections. These are generally required as part of any funding application as well as a management tool for running your business. This support was available to anyone resident in Restormel who was thinking of starting a business or already running their own business in Restormel provided it employed less than 250 people. The North Cornwall Advisor Project assisted clients to write a business plan and financial projections. This support was available to anyone resident in North Cornwall who was thinking of starting a business or already running their own business in North Cornwall provided it employed less than 250 people. The Restormel Pre-Start Advisor Project was set up to assist anyone thinking of starting a business to get free advice and guidance to ensure the viability of the idea and ensure that all aspects had been considered before taking the plunge.
