Enterprise Cornwall manages, on behalf of Cornwall Council, sixteen small Managed Workspace Units within the St Austell Bay Business Park, Par Moor Road, St Austell site. Called Mid Cornwall Business Centre—this building was opened in 1997 to encourage and assist business start ups (defined as businesses trading less than 3 years).Easy in / Easy out terms. Prices start from £99 per month plus service charge (as at 01/10/09—call for current prices).Room Hire:A Training / Conference Room is available at our St Austell offices. These are available for hire by the hour or day. (£50 per day as at 01/10/09—call for current prices).Tea and coffee facilities can be provided at additional cost, as well as buffet lunches. |
